Delete your Hashhtag account

Effective date: 21 September 2026

You can request deletion of your Hashhtag account and associated personal information by emailing support@sysvaults.com from the email address linked to your account.

Include in your request

Include your Hashhtag 7-digit profile code and the email address linked to the account. Do not send passwords, payment details, or social-network passwords.

What happens next

We will verify the request, deactivate the account, and delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required. Some information may be retained where necessary for payment records, legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution.

Connected social accounts

Social connections can also be disconnected inside the app before requesting deletion. Deleting a Hashhtag account does not delete your account with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, or any other external platform.
