By using Hashhtag, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and content

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and content you post. Do not impersonate another person, provide false account information, or attempt to claim a social account that you do not control.

Community conduct

Do not use Hashhtag to harass, threaten, scam, spam, infringe rights, share unlawful content, or interfere with the service. We may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

Social verification

A Hashhtag verification badge means the member completed the app's account-ownership confirmation process for the required social platforms. It is not a government identity check, an endorsement, or a platform-issued checkmark.

Payments and merchandise

Prices, payment terms, delivery information, refunds, and availability are shown at checkout. Payment processing is handled by the selected payment provider. You must provide accurate shipping and payment information.

Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
